STANDARD CHARGE
A. Air Fuel Surcharge
The Fuel surcharge is based on Monthly average spot prices for Kerosene/jet fuel, Index Rotterdam ARA issued by US department of Energy.

B. VAT (Local Government Tax)

A. Destination Duty
The recovery of import and excise duty charges levied by country customs and other regulatory authorities on the importation of goods and paid by DHL on behalf of the customer.

Handling Fee IDR 50,000 for custom duty IDR 25,000- 2,5M ; 2.5% for custom duty above IDR 2.5M
B. DDP Administration
DHL is paying the duties direct at customs and claim it back from the billing account,billed to the shipper (instead of customs billing receiver).

Insurance against physical loss and damage of shipments with value => $100.
